Account Registration

Access to the Services requires creating an account using your email, username, and password, or logging in through an approved third-party provider. By registering, you represent that any third-party login belongs to you and that you have the right to share the associated information. Notify us immediately of unauthorized activity. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your devices and account. Exchange Royale is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use, and you agree to indemnify Exchange Royale for improper or illegal account use unless you have notified us at support@exchangeroyale.com that your account has been compromised and requested that we block access. We reserve the right to refuse access for any reason.

Keep your account information (address, payment details, phone, email) current. Exchange Royale may use your registration and contact information to deliver the Services.

Services

The Services enable you to purchase and trade digital trading cards through the Site (an "Order"). Following an Order, you may request a physical representation of a digital card and monitor fulfillment through your account. Please update this section with any additional process details relevant to your implementation.

Delivery

If you request a physical card, you must provide a valid name and address (the "Designee"). Exchange Royale delivers to the provided address and will notify you when delivery occurs. Anyone at the address is presumed authorized to accept the order. You will receive an invoice by email or within the package. For missing items, contact support@exchangeroyale.com. Delivery schedules may be adjusted due to weather or other complications. We will try to notify you of significant delays.

Payment and Fees

Orders can be paid through an approved third-party processor and require a valid credit card on file. Your card will be charged when the Order is placed. We will attempt to contact you if payment details are incorrect or over the limit. If an Order is processed with inaccurate details, we reserve the right to collect funds for outstanding charges and associated collection costs. In case of billing errors, we will either refund overpayments or charge the additional amount owed.

Changing and Cancellation of Orders

You may cancel an Order by emailing support@exchangeroyale.com (or the support number listed on the Site). Cancellation is permitted until Exchange Royale begins printing the materials for your Order. Cancellations after that point may be ineligible for refunds, at our discretion. Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your Order, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to modify or improve it, subject to applicable law and these Terms. Coordinate returns with customer support at support@exchangeroyale.com (or via your account). We may request the CVV digits on the card associated with the Order before issuing a refund. Customize this section to match your actual refund process.

Termination of Account

Exchange Royale may terminate your account for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you lose access to your account and any associated content. We may take additional corrective actions if we believe illegal or inappropriate behavior has occurred, and we will cooperate with law enforcement as required. Obligations that, by their nature, should survive termination (e.g., indemnification, limitations of liability) remain in effect.

Content

"Content" includes all information available through the Site or Services, such as images, videos, articles, and related materials. Exchange Royale does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property. Content provided is illustrative and does not bind Exchange Royale to specific outcomes.

Use Restrictions

You may not attempt to reverse engineer the Site, interfere with security features, use the Services for unauthorized commercial purposes, scrape data, access another user's account without permission, or otherwise use the Site in violation of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

Exchange Royale (and its licensors) own the Site, Services, and Content, including all intellectual property rights. You may not copy or reproduce the Site or Services except as expressly permitted. All trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimers

The Site and Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Exchange Royale disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee error-free operation or accuracy of information. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

Exchange Royale is not responsible for errors, interruptions, or delays due to communication failures or other technical issues. We are not liable for losses arising from use of the Site or Services, including personal injury or property damage. Our liability is limited to providing a refund for any returned product, and your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Services and terminate your account.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Exchange Royale, its employees, officers, directors, service providers, and agents from all claims, damages, and costs (including attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site or Services, violation of law, infringement of third-party rights, or other conduct for which you are responsible.

Miscellaneous

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah. The prevailing party in any action is entitled to costs and attorneys' fees. Any claim must be brought within one year of accrual. Exchange Royale may assign its rights under these Terms without notice. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, it will be replaced with an enforceable provision that achieves the original intent. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Exchange Royale regarding the Services.
